Proxy voting is now open for the 2023-12-10 Annual Members Meeting.
The only item requiring votes this year is one board seat that is opening up (currently filled by Erica Scott)

We have not heard from anyone else with interest in running for the board since prompting starting with the update in June of this year. If you do want to be added to the ballot please email board@orangecommons.com immediately to have your name added.
Proxy voting helps ensure we will meet quorum at the meeting and not need to spend the additional funds required to hold additional meetings. It also helps streamline the meeting itself and keep the time commitment more reasonable for all involved. Thank you for your help with this!
