Good afternoon!
In today’s mail you should receive a notice for the meeting as well as your proxy ballot and voting information. If you don’t receive it today/tomorrow or if you have any questions please reach out.
Some brief updates:
-The developer was finally swayed and caught up all of the back taxes for the period they promised (all taxes due before any interim directors were assigned). I confirmed this with the Receiver of Taxes office. I wasn’t holding out hope on this but I’m glad to have gotten this done.
-I didn’t hear from anyone outside of other board participants regarding recommendations for vendors. Still pursuing the best possible pricing. Will hopefully have viable quotes on hand from multiple entities for each of the larger expenditures before the meeting.
